R.I.P Michael Jackson

TODO MI AMOR ERES TU MICHAEL....

Michael Jackson - THIS IS IT

As you can imagine i along with millions of other Michael Jackson fans around the world anticipated the release of "This is it".
So yesterday that day had finally arrived... I had mixed feelings, i didn't wanna support Sony in their money making scam as i am more than aware of the fact that Michael Jackson strongly disliked the way they had treated him despite the fact that he was one of the worlds greatest. I did however want to see as much of him as i possibly could and see what the show would have been like if it had gone ahead.

No words will ever describe my excitement when i found out he was doing a concert here in London... No words will ever describe the way i felt when i purchased my tickets... No words can ever describe the pain my broken heart felt when i was on vacation in Baltimore last summer and turned over to CNN and heard the news that he was in hospital after suffering cardiac arrest?! and then later on hearing he was no longer with us...
Even though its been 4 months i still cant believe that he is gone...

Id never met Michael Jackson but i felt like i knew him...I grew up listening to him...he was a big part of my life...To me he was Music...

To this day I sincerely believe that he was a beautifully passionate person who genuinely wanted to make a difference to the world and heal it...and use his voice, music and creativity to express that...but the world that we live in has a way of distorting the truth and making innocent things seem twisted and seedy. Look at the position he standing in on the This is it cover what does it remind you of...? think about it...

Having watched the movie, I came to the conclusion that there was nothing wrong with him whatsoever, he wasn't ill, he wasn't high, he sure as hell didn't look like he was a drug addict, which led me to the conclusion that no matter what anyone tells me i feel like his life was taken away from him.

For those of you who have seen it did he look like any of the things that the press and media portrayed him to be like up until the point of his death? It just goes to show the power they have over us?! Ask anyone how Michael died and you'll prolly get the "He was addicted to..." or " He was on drugs..." yeh right...

The movie clearly showed him DANCING, SINGING, DIRECTING and he was 50 years old?! He was still full of passion, love and life... and i don't care what anyone tells me i believe that his life was cut short...

But as much as it pains me in a way i am glad that he is now up there in the heavens with God and his Angels because he was truly too wonderful a person to have endured any more suffering in the evil and corrupted world we live in...

He may have been a lot of things but just remember that like you and i he was only human...And no one can judge him but GOD...

For those who share the love...Its all for LOVE.... :) enjoy...

Manipulative Advertising?!

VS

Whilst shopping I managed to capture these 2 images in a store...
Kudos to both the photographers who took these 2 amazing pictures...
But you would never think that Diesel actually sells clothing?! right?
And are Armani really advertising their underwear line or are they advertising the fact that David and Victoria are in their ad campaigns?
The power of advertising never fails to amaze me...

Facebook

Armani Exchange Window Display

Okay for those who dont often travel to Central London here are some pics which I took earlier of the New Beautiful Crime window display at the Armani Exchange store on Regent street. I must admit it has got to be one of the most artistic and striking displays ive seen in a while.... The window designers actually used stencils to create the images and used airbrush techniques for the finished look, and it really does look pretty amazing...
As you may have already figured by now (I was impressed) to say the least and felt the need to share the images with you which i took on my Blackberry...So next time your passing the store check it out! It really is a work of art! (excuse the glare of the glass) the pics dont really do it much justice ;(
