But you would never think that Diesel actually sells clothing?! right?

And are Armani really advertising their underwear line or are they advertising the fact that David and Victoria are in their ad campaigns?

sometimes when you run into someone (eg, an old friend who may i add is a old friend for a reason!)... lol... or a new friend (who you are trying to shake off ?!)and they ask the dreaded question "Are you on facebook?" Dont you just wish you were rocking a shirt like this...lmao

Well i have good news this is now available at Footasylum I snapped this pic at the Woodgreen store but I am sure it is available in all of their branches. Unfortunatly the store was closed when I was passing - but im hoping they have one for the ladies too as I sure as hell know i will definatly be purchasing one!! ;p

Armani Exchange Window Display

Okay for those who dont often travel to Central London here are some pics which I took earlier of the New Beautiful Crime window display at the Armani Exchange store on Regent street. I must admit it has got to be one of the most artistic and striking displays ive seen in a while.... The window designers actually used stencils to create the images and used airbrush techniques for the finished look, and it really does look pretty amazing...

As you may have already figured by now (I was impressed) to say the least and felt the need to share the images with you which i took on my Blackberry...So next time your passing the store check it out! It really is a work of art! (excuse the glare of the glass) the pics dont really do it much justice ;(

Random

Ok so im aware that my last post was a little bit random?!
Especially considering it was my first...& for those who know me & have read it I know you are probrably sittting there reading it like wth? but it really got me thinking hence the reason why i even started doing these blogs... but i assure you the next one will be a little more interesting...Promise :)

Vitamins

On my train journey into work i reached into my bag and popped a multi vitamin tab!

I then proceeded to wonder wether or not it is better to take Vitamins? eg, multivitamin tablets that give you the RDA of 100% for everything that your body needs? the way i do...
or is it better to just eat healthy? and get Vitamins from eating the right foods?

Granted i have a mixed diet and eat so much spinach that I could put Popeye to shame! lol but im not neccesarily getting all of the vitamins which a tab can provide me with or am i?!
Which foods can you realistically find on a daily basis that will provide you with ALL of the right vitamins? so conviniently?

I realise that ultimately they both do the same thing but i wonder if having them in the form of a tablet have any health risks in the long term...Are they really providing me with what they say on the bottle or am i sucking on a placebo?...


Makes me wonder...
